Siddho Mal has pioneered the development of Eco-friendly polyester film –free soap wrapper from the angle of environment safety & plastic waste management act.

The idea was born with a vision to develop soap wrapper which is plastic-free, sustainable, environment friendly and re-cyclable and a viable substitute to polyester film based soap wrapper.

This wrapper can be fully disintegrated or broken down in water & turns into paper mesh, which can be recycled into pulp for production of paper based products, thus  rendering our Eco-friendly Soap Wrapper as a fully sustainable and an Eco-friendly product.

Some of the features of Eco-friendly wrappers are  as follows :-

1. The wrapper is completely machine compatible and does not require machine modification or change in parts.
2. The print quality & gloss is comparable with that of printed polyester laminated wrapper.
3. It is Non-toxic.
4. Our  hot melt adhesive, SMPC 20, which used for sealing also has antifungal properties.
5. It is Energy efficient since no lamination is involved and therefore has minimal carbon foot print.
6. It is Scuff-resistant.
