Using it’s experience and expertise in the paper trade, it’s management has pioneered the development of it’s own hot melt adhesive (SMPC-20) for soap wrapper application, over 2 decades ago.

SMPC-20, has completely revolutionized the packaging of soap wrappers by enabling packing’s on high speed packaging machines, hence replacing the erstwhile messy and cumbersome glue application and winning universal and world-wide acceptance.

With the present emphasis on sustainability and environment conservation, SMPC has created it’s latest innovation by introducing an eco-friendly, soap wrapper, which   is polyester free, recyclable and offers an attractive and viable substitute to the conventional polyester film based wrapper.

This eco-friendly wrapper provides for a tangible exit route from the purview of the Plastic Waste Management Act and hence adds value for our clients.

Our Research & Development Centre in our Ghaziabad Unit, which helped to create the unique eco-friendly wrapper, is established with an objective to have an in-house innovation capability and is full equipped with world class testing facilities in the area of flexible packaging.
